What is the learning purpose of your video?

The purpose of the video is to understand what people especially students go through, it is mainly about anxiety and how students are able to mange it with their university life.

What was challenging about capturing your own video?

The challenging part about the video was that it took many attempts as I am not that good at storytelling, It took me about 5 tries. There are various other challenges that I faced like forgetting the stuff again and again so I decided to make some cue cards which helped me a lot while storytelling.

What did you find easiest?

The thing that I found the easiest was that the content was quite simple and I was able to relate to it as well. It’s basically the life of college students and what they face during their university life. Almost everyone suffers from anxiety and for many, it is quite difficult to handle that as well
